We go beyond what is the ‘norm’, employing a highly qualified team of practitioners, many of them parents themselves, totally committed to ensuring each child has the best experience.
We interview a lot of people and only a small proportion of them are employed by us, we employ the best! We invest time and resources into our staff by accessing first class training opportunities and we actively encourage staff to continue their professional development to keep their love of learning alive and to feed into our continuous improvement of the setting.
